Community Ribbon Cutting – Resource Center for Independent Living, Inc. 🎀 The Emporia Community Ribbon Cutting Crew, made up of the Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce, Emporia Main Street, Visit Emporia, Regional Development Association of East Central Kansas, and the City of Emporia, is excited to celebrate the Resource Center for Independent Living, Inc. (RCIL) at its new permanent home! RCIL has reached a milestone in the renovation of 624 Commercial Street and is ready to open its doors to the community.
